Awards for All
We have bee lucky enough to recive 3 loys of Awards for All funding from rhe community fund. This money has enabled us to engage with a range of groups and participants whilst tackling some difficult subjects.
Bee Happy 2023 - 2024 - ongoing
Our focus for this project will be suicide prevention. We will link in with the "Bee" theme for example using Bee Happy; Bee Brave; Bee Thoughtful etc as a stimulus for creative outputs. The community project will be an exhibition of Bee Art; created by workshop participants. This exhibition will be displayed in the community.

Keep Calm & Carry On 2021- 2022
This project was the first project delivered by Blossoming Communities
we wanted to support people who were struggling with the aftermath of Covid 19. We worked with agencies and organisations to identify people that were fearful of leaving their homes and engaging in society, those who had lost their confidence anyone whose support structures and networks hade disappeared during the pandemic.
We encouraged all participants to create a piece of art that addresses their feelings during lockdown and their aspirations following the pandemic, on wooden masks. These pieces were displayed in the Keel Row in Blyth, where we celebrated the project.
